Nuestra Casa offers an exciting and economical alternative to hotel accommodations and provides quality time with friends and family and is a honeymooner's romantic favorite.
The home has recently been purchased by a U.S
family and has been completely remodeled and delightfully refurnished with
rustic Mexican furniture.
"Nuestra Casa"
is a beautiful and spacious, very private, two story,
fully walled home located 4 blocks from the Carribean in Cozumel's premier
residential area of Corpus Christi!

On the main level is a large living room, dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and bedroom with a full sized bed and bathroom.
On the second floor is the master bedroom suit with a king sized bed, full bath and private patio.
Guests can control individual air conditioners and ceiling fans by remote control in each room to suite their preferences in this bright and airy home. Bedding includes: King, Full and Queen size futon in the living room. (sleeps 6)
The entire property is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the luxury of the totally private use of the brand new L-shaped, fresh water swimming pool or sunbathing on its patio. An outdoor eating area along with a gas bar-b-que on the patio for your grilling pleasures. Divers and snorkelers will appreciate the equipment rinse tank and drying station located in the front courtyard.
Nuestra Casa
has all the little extras to help make your vacation wonderful including:
Full kitchen: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee
maker, complete set of cookware, plates, glassware, cups and silverware. Purified
drinking water is provided and arrangements for a cook may be made. Three
color TV's are provided with cable, a VCR with a current video library, telephone
for local use, a pressure water system, linens and towels, maid service (except
Sunday's), gardener and pool service. High speed internet acess is now available,
so bring your laptop. There is also a clothes washer for your convenience.
Located near the corner of Calle Etzna and 20th Avenue sur, it is only four blocks from Plaza Las Glorias and from the newest and largest grocery store on the island and a ten minute walk to the Central Plaza making this a quiet, yet convenient, location.
Our English speaking representative will meet you at the airport, asssist you with ground transportation and introduce you to "Our House". He can arrange for a cook, car rental, scuba, snorkeling, fishing, mainland excursions and sightseeing trips, as well s, insider's infromation on th island or any additional services you require.
Flights from Miami and Houston are available every day with connection from principal airports in the USA and Europe.
