"Our House at the Beach" is a comfortable and spacious 1,350 sq. ft., two bedroom and two bath Town House, just across the street from "Siesta Key Beach", acclaimed as one of the top 10 beaches in the world and noted for "The whitest quartz sand in the world" (this sand doesn't get hot! even in the warmest sun).

The Towne House is fully air conditioned and has been recently remodeled and refurnished. It is located on the second floor and overlooks the private lake and has a one car garage located on ground level.



At the entrance level, is a large sunken living room with cable color TV and VCR. Adjacent is the master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Sliding glass doors from each room leads to the open patio overlooking the lake.

 

Six steps up is the full size dining room (overlooking the living room), fully equipped, modern, eat in kitchen with full sized washer and dryer and guest bedroom with two twin sized beds and full bath.

 

Each bedroom has it's own color cable TV and there is a telephone for local use.

 

The amenities on the complex include a newly refinished heated fresh water pool, gazebo and two tennis courts!
